COUNSELLING:
£60 per 55/60 min session -
Face to face, online and telephone available
If you are a student in training I offer a limited number of places at a discounted rate - please enquire

REFLEXOLOGY and Reiki (currently unavailable):
£50 - 1st treatment take a little longer than 1hr as a case history is taken to tailor the treatment to your needs.
Home visits available for those with limited mobility and have an additional charge to cover travel cost.

COUPLE:
£80 per 55/60 min session
Face to face and Online via Zoom available

MINDFULNESS:
£50 - normally over a period of 6 sessions and will cover various exercises and are tailored to individual needs.

WALK and TALK:
