Exercise for Parkinson’s
Exercise is good for you. And it's especially good for you if you have Parkinson's. There isn't a one-size-fits-all approach and the best exercise to do will depend on the way Parkinson's affects you. But the message is the same for everyone, Doing 2.5 hours of exercise a week can slow the progression of your symptoms. Exercise can help you manage physical symptoms and other symptoms such as sleep problems, fatigue, mood and mental health. Exercise can be as important as your medication to help you take control and manage your symptoms.
