Chilibre Holistic Wellbeing is the result of a lifelong journey of growth and interest in people, complementary therapy and health, both physically and mentally.

Life has taken a few twists and turns but kept me on the path to truly doing what I love and what I am passionate about.  Working with non-invasive treatments on a holistic level to bring about a deeper understanding of how to take care of ourselves and nurture well-being in whatever form that may take for you.

As an integrative counsellor, I am flexible in working with the best possible approach to achieving the best outcome for you, that promotes a positive transition for change, fulfilment and self-awareness. My experience is varied. Throughout my career or maybe I should say life experience there have been many challenges and I am often humbled at how I am constantly learning by what is shared working through many of life’s issues.

My clinical work has involved extensive experience with clients from many different backgrounds, cultures and age groups. I work as a Clinical Volunteer for a Bereavement charity and have a good understanding of grief and loss and how very unique it is to all of us, there is no one size that fits all. I also offer support to a charity that provides a space for those feeling profoundly suicidal as supervising shift lead.

In 2016 after 9 months of training, 100 hrs of clinical work and completion of Pathology, Anatomy & Physiology exams I qualified as a Reflexologist, which fell in quiet nicely with my Reiki training. I had first became curious about Reflexology way back in the early 90's , when Feng Shui was also becoming more well known, who would have known I would have returned to it many years later incorporating it into a holistic therapy practice.

I also qualified in personal training and nutrition in 2008 and have continued evolving with my interest in holistic well-being and counselling. I am passionate in what I do and committed to working ethically and safely with my clients to overcoming the challenges that we are presented with.

A student of life I continue working with the Open University to quench my thirst for knowledge and insight that can hopefully inform my practice.
